Warranty Period
60-Day Warranty: Applicable to jewelry made of elastic cords, braided cords, ribbons, leather, or wax cords.
90-Day Warranty: Covers gemstone jewelry, metal chains, sterling silver accessories, and sterling silver jewelry with crystals or gemstones.
 
Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, if any component is damaged or loose (such as a worn cord, beads falling off, or significant damage caused by normal wear and tear), please contact us to arrange for repairs.
 
How to Apply for Repairs
To submit a repair request, please visit our contact page or send an email to support@calesky.com. Be sure to provide the following information:
 
- Contact Name
 
- Telephone Number
 
- Proof of Purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
 
- A brief description of the damage and at least two photos of the current condition of the product
 
Repair Process
Upon receiving your request, our team will conduct an assessment and authorization. A customer service representative will contact you within 48 hours to provide further instructions.
 
Replacement and Repair Schedule
Replacement Process: If the product is eligible for replacement, we will send a new product of equal value to your address free of charge.
Repair Schedule: After receiving the damaged product, repairs usually take 30 to 45 business days.
Processing Time: It usually takes 3 to 5 business days to complete the replacement.
In rare cases that require special handling, we will provide a clear explanation and a compliant solution.
 
Limitations and Discounts
One-time Repair or Replacement: Vulnerable parts are only eligible for one repair or replacement within the warranty period.
Discount Coupon: If you prefer to purchase a brand-new item instead of having the product repaired, after confirming the situation, we will provide a one-time 50% discount coupon for replacing a product of equal value.
 
Shipping Fees and Unauthorized Repairs
Shipping Fees: Additional shipping fees are required for repairs, and you will be notified after approval.
Unauthorized Repairs: We do not accept unauthorized returns or items sent without prior approval. Please contact us before sending the item for repair.
